– Quality issue with the print: Clear photo of the received product on a flat surface showing the design and issue clearly.
– Print placement issue: Clear photo of the product on a flat surface indicating incorrect placement with a ruler/measuring tape.
– Print in the wrong area: Photo of the product folded to display both sides clearly.
– Wrong product received: Photo of the product with the size tag visible.
– Product issue (e.g., incorrect size, brand, quality): Photo showing the issue, design, and/or size tag.
– Product sizing issue: Photo of the product being measured according to the provided size chart.
– Electronic device issue: Video or photo demonstrating the issue and troubleshooting steps.
– Delivery-related product damage: Photo or video showing the package, design, and issue.
– Reprinted item with the same issue: Photo or video showing both original and reprinted items with the issue.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
